Artist Biography (full):
Behind the Antendex alias is Tamás Olejnik, born in Pécs, Hungary, 1979. At the moment, he lives and works in Budapest. Tamás became interested in electronic music in the early 90's. Around 2000 he started to write minimal and experimental tracks, which developed later to Antendex. The project was influenced by artists like Frank Bretschneider, Taylor Deupree, Ryoji Ikeda, Alva Noto, Pan Sonic... After a long preparation period, he released his first tracks in 2006. This was followed by several albums and EPs on different labels, in various styles. In 2007, Antendex project was born, and the first EP came out.
